Wintershill – Eco Build

Wintershill is a new build eco home in Hampshire, constructed using a timber frame with the Actis insulation system and airtight detailing throughout. The property is equipped with solar panels, an air source heat pump, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR), delivering high energy performance with minimal environmental impact. Due for Completion in Summer 2026
