Elm Park Gardens

Buildtonic was commissioned to carry out a comprehensive renovation of a basement flat located in the heart of Chelsea, London. The project focused on enhancing both the internal and external finishes while respecting the character of the property.

Internally, all walls and ceilings were meticulously prepared and finished using Farrow & Ball paints, ensuring a high-quality, durable finish throughout the apartment. All existing woodwork was also carefully prepared and repainted to the same standard, providing a cohesive and refined interior aesthetic. As part of the spatial reconfiguration, selected doors and door frames were removed to create a more open and fluid layout, with all associated making good carried out seamlessly.

Externally, the project included the preparation and decoration of the masonry using Farrow & Ball exterior finishes. New timber panelling was designed and installed to complement the building and was subsequently painted to provide long-lasting protection and visual consistency.
