About us
Buildtonic is a heritage construction company in London and the South of England. As a main contractor specialising in heritage properties and prime real estate, we manage every stage of a build — from concept through planning, construction and finishing touches — with the precision these projects demand.
Our consultancy division complements this with client-side project management and drone surveying, giving owners independent oversight and accurate site data when they need it most.
Founded in 2021, Buildtonic combines hands-on site experience with formal training in Project Management for Construction from The Bartlett, UCL, and a track record on heritage asset projects in Westminster and the City of London.
A project starts
with an idea
From first sketch to final handover, we coordinate the moving parts so you don’t have to. We work with RIBA-certified architects, structural engineers, conservation consultants and building control to manage surveys, planning applications, building regulations and party wall agreements — then run a tight site with experienced builders and specialist subcontractors who deliver to heritage and prime-property standards.
