The information we collect
When you submit our enquiry form we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number and a description of your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Our enquiry form and contact records are handled through HubSpot, our CRM.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. A small cookie that remembers your cookie choice, plus anything required for the site to function. These are always on.
Analytics & marketing (HubSpot). Only set if you accept. These help us understand which pages lead to enquiries so we can improve the site. They are off by default.
Anonymous visitor counting. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic visitor numbers. It is privacy-first and cookieless — it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, so it needs no consent.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these, email directors@buildtonic.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
